HOW SECURE IS YOUR PREMISES?
Naturally we take security as a top priority and have the latest state of the art measures in place so you can rest assured your pride and joy is safe and secure. We have Grade 4 Police monitoring, CCTV, physical barriers, high security locks, key safe and a few other discreet measures.
IS MY CAR INSURED WHEN WITH YOU?
Our Motor Trade Policy covers your vehicle up to the value of £75,000 and is included in our listed price. For vehicles with a higher value we just ask for a small additional premium to cover the additional cost of including you on our policy. You would also normally tell your own insurance company that the vehicle was stored with us.
WHERE EXACTLY ARE YOU LOCATED?
Obviously we don’t disclose our exact location, other than to existing customers for security reasons, however we are in the BH25 postal area close to New Milton.
HOW EASY IS IT FOR ME TO ACCESS MY CAR?
Provided we receive adequate notice, normally 48 hours you can access your car within all reasonable business hours including weekends, but Tuesday’s tend to be our day of rest
IS THERE A MINIMUM TERM I NEED TO STORE MY CAR FOR?
Initially 12 weeks, thereafter in 4 week periods and we rebate any full week not utilised after the initial period.
WHAT PRICE DO YOU CHARGE?
We charge £55 per week without VAT as we are a small non VAT registered business. There are no other hidden costs such as prior cleaning or valeting.
IS THE STORAGE FACILITY DEHUMIDIFIED?
Each storage unit is serviced by desiccant dehumidifiers to maintain the humidity at 55-60%
CAN YOU PROVIDE A COLLECTION/DELIVERY SERVICE?
We can put you in touch with professional transportation specialists, of if however it is just a local collection / delivery you require we charge £50 per hour.
WHAT ELSE DO YOU PROVIDE IN YOUR SERVICE?
Each vehicle is covered with a super soft, super-stretch, tight fitting indoor car cover, connected to a CTEK 5.0 trickle charger and sits on car mats to protect the tyres from flat spotting.
CAN I HAVE A KEY FOR MYSELF, SO I CAN COME AND GO?
Whilst we would like to give our customers free rein to come and go themselves, you can perhaps understand why this is not possible in a professionally stored business premises.
CAN YOU RECOMMEND LOCAL GARAGES FOR MOT’S & SERVICING?
Yes we work with numerous local business and only recommend those that we would use ourselves for our own vehicles.
CAN I WORK ON MY OWN CAR IN THE STORAGE FACILITY?
We are not a garage or workshop, although we are happy to store long term restoration projects prior to them being worked on.
